I answer questions about CD on Quora occasionally. Someone asked which
states are the best to live in if you have CD. I thought it would be fun to
outsource the answer to this group.

I think it might be better to narrow the answer to which city or community,
rather than a whole state, but if you think your state has exceptional
resources (doctors, celiac medical centers, active support groups) for
celiacs, that might count extra.

What state/city has the best/most GF restaurants, stores, or bakeries? What
community is most celiac-friendly?

Let's limit this to the 50 US states.

Feel free to list what you think are spectacular resources or just give your
state/community an up or down vote.
