Hi,

Before you press delete, press shift+jaws+down arrow to verify your files are still selected.  I have not experienced this sort of a problem in general with the combination you are using.

After making your selections with the down arrow while holding down the ctrl shift combination, hit the Delete key.

Hi all,

using windows 10, version 1803, and jaws 2018, the April update.

When I'm in the list of files, and I'm going down the list with the control key and the down arrow key, and I have pressed space bar to select all the files I want to delete, after I have selected the files I want to delete, when I let go of the control key, and I press the delete key, nothing gets deleted.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I sure do not want to have to go and delete individual files, I want to delete all the files I have selected.
