Buena Road but a decent culinary thermometer from Chris Gray in California I will have to search for the contact information but I believe you can calibrate it which makes it different from any of the others where you're just kind of taking a chance at the temperature.

Don't know of any that go down enough for freezer but a scientific thermometer that is accessible might be just the thing. Dr. Khary's Apollo of design science I believe it's called divine science may have one in his product line.
