I concur with Ana.  Both playing with different screen readers and 
browsers is a good way to deal with this; and, if it is a site you use 
often, it's good to note which combo seems to work best for you.

And, in some instances, you may decide that several combos should be noted 
for the same site dependent what you plan to do with it at a given time.
