Chrome is trying to tell me what pages I can go to

Hi all,

Using Windows 10, Jaws, and Google Chrome, latest version!

I'm trying to go to

freedv.org

And Chrome says they won't let me on the page!!!

I will not use Edge, because it's way, way, too vocal using Jaws!!!

Chrome thinks they are going to tell me what pages I can go to, they are 
going to tell me nothing!!! I'll decide what pages I will visit!

Anyone know how I can force Chrome to let me go to whatever web page I want?
