I also suspect, in addition to the quality of the mike, one's voice, how 
one speaks, accents, and perhaps room acoustics, could play into the 
quality of the transcript.
With all of the variables involved, I cannot imagine, unless one were 
either a slow or poor typists, why most folks would even take this 
capability seriously.
At best, you will need to check the transcript and then edit.
