a few questions about signing up for a podcast and the rss

Hi,
Recently, a website I go to to download a weekly show changed their
site to now say the rss items. Before this, I was able to search with
current program and find my most recent show.
Can someone tell me how to subscribe to get the podcasts? I've been
trying Google podcasts and can't figure it out. I’d be downloading the
shows to my computer.
