Read aloud is a feature in immersive reading. I find the easiest way to
bring this up in Edge is to hit F9 to go into immersive reading mode. This
will put a tool bar at the top of the page, so do something like hitting
control+home to go to the top of the page and then the read aloud button
will be something like the first thing on the second line. A tab or two will
bring you to it.
