It sounds like this is a prototype device so I doubt it is available anywhere. People come up with interesting prototypes, file patents, and start companies but that doesn't mean a product will get off the ground. It's a matter of funding. I'm sure someone will eventually come up with a device like this which they can sell but we will have to wait and see who is successful.
