Hi list

What is the difference between the subscribe to this feed dialogue when
searching for an RSS feed on any site in IE 11 and the discover feed pulled
down, which is the next immediate option when one arrows down under the
options, I notice that the subscribe to this feed dialogue is always
disabled whereas the discover feed works and when it's disabled I presume
there's then no RSS feed, wondered how to enable the subscribe dialogue or
why it never works.
