I'm not running windows right now, but is the bookmark Manager
accessible? Select Bookmark Manager from the bookmarks menu or try
control+shift+o to bring up the bookmark Manager. It doesn't do anything
on my Linux system running Orca, but I seem to recall using this on Windows.
