Hi all,
Using jaws 18, on a windows 10 creators update computer.
Well folks, I use Thunderbird 52.1, and starting yesterday afternoon,
when I would be down arrowing through the list of emails in the inbox,
Thunderbird would always say, "Thunderbird thinks this is junk mail."
So, I called my computer guy, Rick, and he did some digging. Now he team
viewered me, (he can do that for anyone), so we started at 2 o'clock
this afternoon, and he's reading everything he can find on the internet,
and he's going into my Thunderbird, and trying everything people said to
try to get rid of the message.
Then, at 5 minutes to 4, he finds this command, (don't know where he
found it), but to disable that message that pops up, all I have to do
is, are you ready for this? All I have to do is press shift j. That's
right, shift j gets rid of the "thunderbird thinks this is junk mail"
message!
All that digging for 1 key combination and yes, you bet I'm going to do
a right up and keep it in the computer notebook folder, in the what to
do section, in case anyone else has this problem!
an hour and 55 minutes, and we find 1 key combination, and it fixes it.
Now I have to do that on each message, but at least I can go through the
list of messages in the inbox now.
