Is this true? What are you not able to do with Narrator? It's been a 
while, but I'm pretty sure I bought a Windows 8 system, and I was able 
to set it up, configure it and download NVDA all without sighted help. 
I've heard Windows 10 has even gotten better, so I'm curious what you 
can't do with Narrator.

BTW, I don't think Microsoft should get too many demerits just because 
their screen reader doesn't work with a 3rd party email client. Is there 
a Microsoft email client that will work with Narrator? I'm sure that's 
the focus of Microsoft and Narrator development.

I'm pretty sure there are applications on the Mac that don't work with 
VoiceOver but that doesn't mean Apple is immoral.
