Hi

Sometimes when messages come through in Outlook 2016 with Windows ten, it
seems stuck in the window and I have no idea how to exit back to where I am,
I've tried escape and alt-F4 but nothing though sometimes I press the start
or search key and it work sso not sure how to resolve this occasional issue
or should I just move the mouse?
