As someone else on this list has already mentioned NV Access sells two 

tutorials covering the use of NVDA. One is a tutorial covering NVDA as a 

whole, and the other specifically covers using NVDA with Microsoft Word. 

A third module covering Excel is nearly out. The link for more 

information about these tutorials is

AFB has also produced their own tutorials.

Like AFB, The Canadian National Institute for the Blind offers free 

video tutorials as well.
