Today on "Food Factory USA" (FYIHD channel) I watched a show on how
mushrooms are grown in wheat substrate.  The info on google is not recent,
yet, of the articles I have read, none are able to define the amount of
concern we should have.  Does anyone have knowledge of the possible
cross-contamination we may be faced with?
