Today's daily email from Tasting Table came with a nice surprise, an article
for new (to me) uses for chickpea flour. First is something called socca, a
kind of pizza or centuries-old European pancake-like snack. There are more
ideas at the end of the article: http://tinyurl.com/hnacr22
In the middle of the article is a link to A Guide to Every Type of Flour on
Earth >
<http://www.tastingtable.com/entry_detail/national/20910/Flour_Guide___Every
thing_You_Need_to_Know_About_Types_of_Fl.htm> This article starts off
with glutenous flours then goes on to gluten free flours. But hardly every
type of flour on earth! Coconut, soybean, brown rice, oat, montina to name
a few, are not listed. Recipes are included with most of the ones listed
and there's one new to me, Tiger Nut flour.
Have fun with it!
