Could you please tell us what edition of windows 10 you're using, Home, Pro, etc. We also need to know the exact version. You can get that by going to the Run dialog box (win+r) and typing winver. You can also report this directly to the Narrator team by pressing captslock+e. This will provide negative feedback.

Subject: [VICUG-L] narrator does not let you save new commands after you created them, what a joke!

Hi all,
Using windows 10.
Anyway, in Narrator, you can go and create new commands. So, I created 
some new commands, then, I clicked on save this command, and the thing 
did not even save my new commands, what a joke!
They got a lot of work to do, that's for darn sure!
