Christopher is correct. Universal Copy uses the accessibility API to do
what it does, so you need to go into Settings > Accessibility to turn it
on, exactly as you would turn on TalkBack or BrailleBack. In other
words, you would go into Settings > Accessibility > Universal Copy, then
tap the on/off switch near the top right corner. The Settings icon is
near that switch.
