Hi...I am new to this list.. I have been diagnosed with Celiac for 6 months
now, and my question concerns sensitivity to HIDDEN GLUTENS.. In the past 3
weeks I have had reactions to glutens that previousely didn't SEEM to effect
me, that is I ate the same foods 3 months ago, with no visible reaction, but
this time I ate the same food, had a reaction, when I called for ingredients..I
found these foods did have minute quanties of WHEAT products in them...
DO we CELIACS get MORE sensitive the longer we are on a GLUTEN FREE diet???
