I am still having problems with the credit card page at Citizens Bank. You might try turning off the virtual pc cursor and using the tab to move around. You should also contact the bank.

I needed to log onto the regular page yesterday, and tried initially to do it in Chrome, and I’ve got the latest version of JAWS. I would find the form fields and the sound would come that would indicate there was a field that was ready to fill out, but when I tried to do anything nothing happened. After a few tries I broke down and used Internet Explorer, and didn’t want to do that. In fact, when I logged in with IE Chase had posted on the page that soon they will not be able to work with IE.
