Has anyone received a diagnosis of a collapsed colon? I have one, possibly two areas of my colon that have collapsed.  I had a colonoscopy last month and everything was normal.

If you do have this diagnosis, would you please share your experience with me? 

Symptoms I had prior to CT scan included extreme stomach pain after eating, bloating, diarrhea/constipation, loss of appetite, very sensitive to touch in abdomen.  Pain passed after 1 1/2 weeks. Almost no pain when I had scan.

Since colonoscopy is fine and pain subsided, my doc is leaning towards IBS, so any info would be great.
