The California Community Colleges have created a set of guidelines to
guarantee that its distance learning offerings will be accessible by
students with disabilities. They did this with a nudge by the Office for
Civil Rights of the Department of Education. Both organizations are to be
congratulated on takling this important topic.

The CCC guidelines are now on EASI's web page, and EASI has opened a
section on its web to showcase the topic of distance learning. One of the
links from EASI's home page is "Distance Learning".
