I just got a new BlueTooth earpiece so I can listen in one ear, and hear what is going on in the other. My problem is that even with the sound volume on the phon and the earpiece are set at 100 percent, when I listen to a book, or play something on YouTube, the sound is very faint. I've seen this happen before, and I was usually able to get around it by playing some media, and adjusting the volume there. I don't think the latest version of YouTube has a volume control. I even checked the volume control in settings on the phone, and don't see any problems there either.

Thanks,
Dan
