hi gang good morning to you. I have a conputer that will not stay on 
line.  I was wondering what to do. I have spectrum cable for internet, 
tv and phone. The company provides a talking guide for the blind. You 
need to have a conputer to use it. They gave me one. I only know that 
it is windows 10 uses fir fox and has n v d a for speach. what do I do 
it is not staying conected but my conputer that I use is staying 
conected. I was wondering what to do about that? here is my number it
