Thanks to all who responded to my query about the gluten status of Glyoxide.

The person that maintains the gluten free medication website indicated it was 100% gluten free.

One listmate suggested rinsing your mouth with diluted hydrogen peroxide for scrapes and scratches from dental work and then use L Lysine supplement for canker sores.

Another listmate suggested using goldenseal mouth rinse (in one cup of water mix one quarter of a teaspoon of salt and one half teaspoon of goldenseal powder).
