I need to make my own gluten free flour blends. After nearly 15 yrs. of
being very strictly gluten free, I am now intolerant of tapioca flour. I
also cannot have pea protein, which is added to most Bobs Red Mill flours.
Does anyone have a good blend, they mix together themselves without
tapioca flour, that produces a quality baked product?
I need something I can use to bake my bread, pies, cakes & cookies.
