Sorry, I forgot to include the most important point in my last reply. If 

you can locate a specific app or control panel for your graphics card, 

look for checkboxes or other options which allow you to disable the use 

of hotkeys, as doing this will probably solve your problem. If you can't 

locate this option, call the Microsoft disability help desk.
