Responding to the recent statement that "hydogenated vegetable oils" may
contain wheat. This would be rare if this would happen. Hydogentated means
changing the chemical configeration of an oil to make it a solid. I have not
heard of wheat oil being used for this purpose. It is more likely to be corn,
soy, cottonseed, or safflower or sunflower oils that are hydrogenated.
