I think your speech is excellent and you are doing good work.

One thing, from my studying, I read that CP can only occur due to accident
before the age of 3…I could be wrong..do you have a source for that.

Also, I tend to shy away from words like "crippler" and "suffer' from. I
think when we use those words, where we mean to or not, we give folks the
impression that palsy is "terrible" and that gives able people leeway to
dismiss us.
