Thought you fell off the edge of the earth.
Interesting about the TNC. I kind of remember that the TNC has it's
own battery for backup, so I guess that makes sense.
I never used sky command or the TNC. Still have my 18 year old
TS-2000, but only for a few 2 meter SSB contacts a year.
