I only have the webie 4 web brouser installed and not the bundle there 
was a badfile somewhear in the bundle.  Now it works.  Also somone on 
the bard talk list told me that in ie when you start a download press 
control j and guess what I heard the constant progress spoken.  I did 
know about control j but I never tried it when a download was in 
progress.  I stilldon't like the download manager but at least I can 
hear the progress bar spoken.  So if webie ever gos bad again I can use 
ie 11 to hear the percentages spoken.
