I'm used to having the Thanksgiving service on the Wednesday before.
However, the church I attend now has one at 10:00 Thursday morning.  I like
it because it gives some time out in the preparations to think about what
the day means. I can see your point, though, because it takes some extra
organization to work around a thanksgiving morning service.
