I've sent Harry a readable conversion of the 
WestWind Farms pdf he couldn't read.
I had the same problem Harry found with Acrobat so I converted it through 
Jamal Mazrui's legacy pdf2txt conversion program.

I use Acrobat and pdf2txt interchangably as some files do better in one 
and others with the other.
As for why Acrobat's conversion came out as it did, beats me.
I once downloaded a pdf and Acrobat's conversion was one letter on each 
line giving a file of literally thousands and thousands of lines.
pdf2txt rendered a readable document -- not perfect but very readable.
