I recently got a FitBit Charge HR, and I find it very accessible,
although it isn't perfect. I downloaded and tried out the FitBit app
before I got the Charge HR. You don't say how you want to access it,but
I checked out the app on both Apple and Android. I needed help entering
my height and weight on my iPhone, but after that it's been perfectly
accessible. It also comes with a bluetooth dongle you can use with your
PC, but I haven't checked out anything with any PC applications yet.

Someone on the VI-Android list recommended the Charge HR, so I checked
out the FitBit app, which you can do without any device, and looked for
general reviews, which were positive on the Charge HR. I ended up
getting it from REI, so I have a one year return option.
