A Comcast tech is coming to our house tomorrow because we couldn't
make audio description or SAP work with the box we have and the remote
that came with it. Comcast customer service rep on phone thinks we
may need a new remote device. Sure hoping to catch the rest of Vietnam
with audio description!

Thanks to all of you for this conversation!
