hi all I need help asap I have an interesting problem. can some one 
please help me please/ I am being bounced around like a basket ball. 
You see I had a problem with my windows key.. I got that fixed and now 
I have another ishue. is there any system access users on here? I was 
in my media libruary and when I inport media in to it I can't get it to 
shuffle.. If there are no folders inported to it I can get it to work 
fine. the tech support for sero said that I had to do 1 of 2 things. I 
can reinstall windows, or buy a new conpyuter.. microsoft said that 
everything was fine and it was a system access ishue. I told support 
for sero and they think I am nuts. now what do I do? smiles thanks
