Hi Harry,

I keep hearing that Android is improving but that the iPhone is still best.

Diane

Subject: [VICUG-L] an urgent request for smart phone users out there! I need
help, for a friend

Hi all,
I have a totally blind friend, who use to use a Mac, with voice over on it,
that is, until neuropathy came and made him so he can no longer use a
keyboard with regular keys on it, but, he can use a touch screen.
Here's what I really need from all of you who use smart phones, whether IOS
phones, or, Android phones.
He has an Android J1 phone, and he is doing well with it, and is doing well
with the touch screen, because of course, it has no regular keys on it.
I told him, if money wasn't a problem for you, (and for him, it is, deeply),
would you want an Android phone? Or, an iPhone?
"an iPhone", he said to me.
So, folks, I need to find out from as many of you as possible, what should
he do? Should he get that iPhone? or, stick with Android?
If you were shopping right now, for a smart phone, would you buy an iPhone,
or, an Android phone?
For those of you who are on other iPhone or Android phone lists, please
forward this to those lists, and have them contact me, ok?
thank you very much!
Harry
