There's been a little discussion of this device on the Eyes-Free Android 
list. One of the things a couple of us have pointed out is that it's 
hard to know exactly what the device is because the people who report 
about it don't have any idea. What the reporters say isn't quite the 
same as what the developers say in their articles, so we're not sure 
whether the device is an actual smart watch or a wearable braille 
display. In one of the articles, the developers talk about using the 
same haptic technology to put refreshable braille on microwaves and 
other home appliances, which I think would be fantastic.

I agree that 4 cells is just not enough. When I held my BEM Speaker band 
up to my braille display, I noticed 6 cells could be squeezed on to the 
BEM. That's a little better though, obviously, a couple more cells would 
be better still. I'd gladly forgo the watch design for something that 
looks more like a bracelet so as to have more cells.
