hi all I have a problem. I posted the following message to system 
access but I got no place. You se I had a correpted file and when I 
went to take it out, it sent my conputer back to windows 8.1. now I am 
not able to play music and movies on the conputer now what? can someone 
please help me asap please? thanks. here is the message. can't play
