Thanks, Catherine. The phone does work, but, in many of these meetings, I'm the one who has to share my screen. So it doesn't look like GoToMeeting will be a viable option for me.

I, too have not had success using GoToMeeting.  In fact I just tried

last week without success.  My understanding is that these programs

primarily work as a screen-share, meaning that probably what the

attendees see is an image of the host's screen, not text.  My

recommendation, if the company opts to use GoToMeeting, is that you

call in by phone (usually an option) and have them send you any

documents to be discussed ahead of time.  Hope this helps.
