Hi everybody, i survived the move!!! loving my new home! so do my cats! lots more room to run n play, and they can lay in te sun!
I live in oakland, Calif. I have mixedcp, athetoid and dystonic. speaking of disability, did anybody see michael j. fox on oprah yesterday? i was very impressed! also with the lady with dystonia. itwas hard to read the captions with mjf moving like he does, but he said so many wonderful things.
Thanks,
Tamar

Well my working sets (3 sets of 5) on squat I'm at 245 lbs, deadlift 225 lbs, bench 120 lbs. Bench is hard with my left arm being so weak. But one of my friends has talked me into competing in powerlifting and theres quite a few people with CP who do. One guy he knows with CP is trying to break the bench record 270 lbs in his weight class.
