been reading up on that one. you get a lot of features. the price is a little high compared to a similar Bao Feng ($329 as compared to $100 or so). However, the kenwood is fully accessible out of the box without having visual assistance. Also, it has 1 additional band (222 Mhz). I just wish I had the budget to afford it.
