My wife (who has to endure helplessness whenever I get glutened) found this product online, but frankly, even if the chemistry is sound, the sample preparation is fraught with problems, and the cost per test is very high if you want to check ALL of the preparations when dining out.  In the promotional video, a woman tests just ONE ingredient from a combo salad and announces she is assured by the device...
