Irresponsibly written, misleading, out-of-context article. Really getting tired of this.  

If you shop wisely, eat healthy, and think of eating gluten-free as a lifestyle (like vegan, vegetarian)... just ingredients, not a packaged thing like Weight Watchers, it shreds most of this article. The problem is the media can’t grasp anything that doesn’t come in a box and is sold as a package, here today, gone tomorrow.
