Hi all, next week I will be going to my local red cross office to explore the possibility of doing a paid work experience there through my voc rehab agency. I know that there are people who are working for the red cross now who are using screen readers for the call center that schedules people to give blood. I would presume that they are using software that is specific to the red cross, but are there programs out there that I need to know about that are not so screen reader friendly?
