Hi Linda,

The best source I can come up with is the: MFJ-557 for $40 from MFJ.

It comes with a straight key and the oscillator which runs on a nine volt 
battery.  The oscillator has a built in speaker or you can plug in 
headphones for private listening.  There is a volume and tone control to 
adjust the sound to your liking.
