No, but I got the idea of what to do.  Just don't quite know how.
You pry the rubber outside off, and then you use a 1.5 mm alan wrench to
take off the knob.  Then you can access the nut that stabilizes the
assembly, and tighten it.
If anybody knows how to get that outside off, please let me know.
I don't want to mick anything, and I have to find a friend with the metric
alan wrench.
