I use Abby fine reader to
convert .pdf files.
If it is an image only it
works very well.
There is a quick setting to
convert an image file to a
word document.
If you want to send it to me,
I can give it a try.

I am not sure what to do. I
have a p d f version of a
book. Sighted people c= an see
all the words, but only part
of text converts to screen
reader friend= ly. The rest is
a graphic.

Any ideas.
