In light of Pat Tice's remarks about arrl helping HandyHams, I have written
to ARRL saying that although they do a lot of good, especially technical
stuff, they've pretty much dropped the ball where disabled hams are
concerned. And making qst as accessible as is practical (schematics are not
realistic) would go some to helping.
We'll see what/if they make a usefull response.
I bet Bookshare could convert there Adobe files overnight.
